About Carroll Judy

I’m proud to call this part of South Carolina home. I grew up in St. George, spent my summers on Lake Marion, and have called Branchville home for the past 26 years. My family has also owned a home near the lake for 21 years, where my children grew up enjoying the same summer traditions that mean so much to me. This area holds a special place in my heart, and I love helping others discover all it has to offer.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to manage our family business, work in marketing for a local newspaper, and serve as a paralegal assisting with real estate closings and title searches. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in organization, attention to detail, and marketing—all of which I bring to helping my clients navigate the buying and selling process.

Over the years, my own remodeling projects sparked a love for seeing the potential in a home and imagining what it could become. After my children finished school, I felt it was the right time to turn that passion into a career in real estate, bringing my vision to life through Carolina Homes Reimagined by Carroll. I love helping people find a place to call home, whether they’re settling into their first home, finding a little more room to grow, or beginning a new chapter.

As part of Carolina Properties at Lake Marion, I combine my local knowledge with a creative eye and a genuine desire to help people. I believe every home has something special to offer, and sometimes it just takes looking beyond the first impression to see its true potential. Whether you’re buying or selling around Lake Marion, the Lowcountry, Dorchester County, or rural Orangeburg County, I would love the opportunity to help you find the right fit and make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. After all, there’s nothing quite like finding a place that feels like home!
